Delivery Information

Every order is carefully packed and quality checked before dispatch.

• 🕐Orders placed Monday to Saturday, before 3:00 PM are processed and dispatched the same day.
• 📅Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on Sunday will be processed the next business day.
• ✅A confirmation message is sent to you via WhatsApp or SMS once your order is placed.
• 📬A courier tracking number is shared with you as soon as your order is dispatched.

• 🧴Liquid and glass products are wrapped in extra bubble wrap for added protection.

• 🌧️Delivery may be slightly delayed due to weather conditions or courier delays. Our courier partner will keep you updated throughout.
• 🏖️Orders are not processed on public holidays. They will be dispatched on the next business day.
• 🗺️Delivery to remote or rural areas may take up to 5–10 business days.
• 📦If your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.

• 📸If you received a damaged or wrong product, take a photo and send it to us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
• 🔁Sealed and unopened products can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery.
• ❌Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.
• ✅Once your billing address is confirmed, replacement orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days.
