Receive Your Parcel Do NOT Open It Yet
When the courier delivers your parcel, do not open it immediately. Check that the outer packaging is intact and then get ready to record your video.

Start Recording Before Opening
Start your camera and record a continuous, uninterrupted video showing the sealed parcel clearly. The video must capture you opening the parcel from scratch no cuts, no pauses. The order label and seal must be visible at the start of the video.

Show the Damaged or Wrong Product On Camera
If a product is damaged, broken, expired, or incorrect, clearly show it on camera while still recording the same continuous video. Describe the issue out loud for clarity.

Send the Video to Us on WhatsApp
Send the complete unboxing video along with your order number to us on WhatsApp at +92 315 2141540 within 24 hours of delivery. Claims sent after 24 hours will not be entertained.

We Review & Resolve Within 24–48 Hours
Our team will review your video and get back to you within 24–48 hours. If the claim is valid, we will arrange a replacement or full refund your choice.
