Important Please Read Before Opening Your Parcel
A return or refund will only be accepted if you record a clear unboxing video starting before the parcel is opened. Claims made without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances. No exceptions.
Follow these steps exactly to ensure your claim is accepted. Missing any step will void your claim.
Unboxing Video Requirements
Your video must meet all of these requirements to be accepted.
Continuous recording no cuts, no pauses, no editing from start to finish.
Sealed parcel shown first the unopened package with order label must be visible at the start.
Good lighting the video must be clear and the product defect must be visible.
Sent within 24 hours of delivery. Late claims will not be accepted.
Eligible for Return / Refund
- Product arrived damaged or broken
- Wrong product delivered (not what you ordered)
- Product arrived expired or unusable
- Item missing from the order
- Valid unboxing video submitted within 24 hours
Not Eligible for Return / Refund
- No unboxing video provided
- Claim made after 24 hours of delivery
- Product already opened or used before recording
- Change of mind or personal dislike
- Damage caused after delivery (self-inflicted)
- Incorrect shade/colour ordered by customer
