How do I place an order?

You can place an order through our website glowgrace.pk, via WhatsApp at +92 315 2141540, or through our Instagram page. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or SMS.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Yes β€” but only before your order is dispatched. Once your parcel has been shipped, cancellations and modifications are no longer possible. Please contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

How will I know my order is confirmed?

You will receive an order confirmation message via WhatsApp or SMS after your order is successfully placed. Please make sure you provide the correct phone number when ordering.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a courier tracking number via WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number on the courier's website to follow your parcel in real time.

Do you deliver all across Pakistan?

Yes! We deliver to every city across Pakistan β€” Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta, and beyond. No matter where you are, we'll get your order to you.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Karachi: Same-day delivery β€” Rs. 200
  • Rest of Pakistan: 3–7 business days β€” Rs. 350
  • Remote/Rural Areas: Up to 5–10 business days

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Mon–Sat) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on Sunday are dispatched the next business day.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery within Karachi costs Rs. 200. For all other cities across Pakistan, the delivery charge is Rs. 350.

My delivery is delayed β€” what should I do?

Delays can sometimes occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier issues. Please use your tracking number to check the status of your parcel. If you still have concerns, WhatsApp us at +92 315 2141540 and our team will assist you right away.

What if nobody was home during the delivery attempt?

If a delivery attempt fails because you were unavailable, the courier will try again. Please note that re-delivery charges may apply. We recommend providing a phone number that is easily reachable during delivery hours.

Can I return a product if I don't like it?

We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal dislike, or incorrect shade ordered by the customer. Returns are only accepted if the product was damaged, wrong, expired, or missing from your order β€” and only with a valid unboxing video.

What is the unboxing video requirement?

An unboxing video is mandatory for any return or refund claim. The video must:

  • Start before the parcel is opened β€” the sealed parcel and order label must be visible
  • Be continuous with no cuts, pauses, or edits
  • Clearly show the damaged, wrong, or missing item
  • Be sent to us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

How do I submit a return or refund claim?

Follow these steps exactly:

  • Step 1: Do not open the parcel immediately after receiving it
  • Step 2: Start recording a continuous video before opening
  • Step 3: Show the sealed label, open the parcel, and clearly show any issue on camera
  • Step 4: Send the video + your order number to us on WhatsApp at +92 319 8964608 within 24 hours
  • Step 5: Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours
How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed via the following methods:

  • Replacement: New product dispatched within 2–3 business days
