Yes β but only before your order is dispatched. Once your parcel has been shipped, cancellations and modifications are no longer possible. Please contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
You will receive an order confirmation message via WhatsApp or SMS after your order is successfully placed. Please make sure you provide the correct phone number when ordering.
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a courier tracking number via WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number on the courier's website to follow your parcel in real time.
Yes! We deliver to every city across Pakistan β Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta, and beyond. No matter where you are, we'll get your order to you.
Delivery times depend on your location:
- Karachi: Same-day delivery β Rs. 200
- Rest of Pakistan: 3β7 business days β Rs. 350
- Remote/Rural Areas: Up to 5β10 business days
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (MonβSat) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on Sunday are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery within Karachi costs Rs. 200. For all other cities across Pakistan, the delivery charge is Rs. 350.
Delays can sometimes occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier issues. Please use your tracking number to check the status of your parcel. If you still have concerns, WhatsApp us at +92 315 2141540 and our team will assist you right away.
If a delivery attempt fails because you were unavailable, the courier will try again. Please note that re-delivery charges may apply. We recommend providing a phone number that is easily reachable during delivery hours.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal dislike, or incorrect shade ordered by the customer. Returns are only accepted if the product was damaged, wrong, expired, or missing from your order β and only with a valid unboxing video.

- Start before the parcel is opened β the sealed parcel and order label must be visible
- Be continuous with no cuts, pauses, or edits
- Clearly show the damaged, wrong, or missing item
- Be sent to us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Follow these steps exactly:
- Step 1: Do not open the parcel immediately after receiving it
- Step 2: Start recording a continuous video before opening
- Step 3: Show the sealed label, open the parcel, and clearly show any issue on camera
- Step 4: Send the video + your order number to us on WhatsApp at +92 319 8964608 within 24 hours
- Step 5: Our team will review and respond within 24β48 hours
Refunds are processed via the following methods:
- Replacement: New product dispatched within 2β3 business days
- EasyPaisa / JazzCash: Refund within 24β48 hours
- Bank Transfer: Refund within 2β3 business days

Yes! Cash on Delivery is available nationwide across all of Pakistan. You simply pay the courier when your order is delivered β no advance payment needed.
If you refuse to accept a COD order without a valid reason, Glow Grace reserves the right to restrict COD for your future orders. Repeated refusals may result in prepayment being required for all future orders. Please only place an order if you intend to receive it.
