Products & Pricing

• ✅All products listed on glowgrace.pk are 100% original and authentic, sourced directly from verified international suppliers.
• 💰All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• 🔄We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price at the time of your order confirmation will be honoured.
• 📷Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes. Actual packaging, shade, or size may vary slightly due to manufacturing updates.
• 🚫We do not guarantee the continuous availability of any product. Items may go out of stock without notice.

Placing an Order

When you place an order with Glow Grace, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. An order is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from us via WhatsApp or SMS.

• 📲Orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp, or Instagram.
• ✅You will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS after your order is successfully placed.
• ❌We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
• 🔄Orders can be cancelled or modified only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
• 📋By placing an order, you confirm that the information you have provided (name, address, phone) is accurate and complete. Glow Grace is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

Payment Terms

We offer the following payment methods for your convenience:

• 💵Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep. No advance payment required.
• 📱EasyPaisa & JazzCash: Online transfer to our registered account. Order is processed after payment confirmation.
• 🏦Bank Transfer: Direct bank transfer to our account. Order is processed after payment is verified.

Shipping & Delivery

• 🏙️Karachi: Same Day delivery. Delivery charges: Rs. 200.
• 🇵🇰Rest of Pakistan: 3–7 business days. Delivery charges: Rs. 350.
• 🕐Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Mon–Sat) are dispatched the same day. Orders after 3:00 PM or on Sunday are dispatched the next business day.
• 🌧️Glow Grace is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
• 📬A tracking number will be shared once your order is dispatched. It is your responsibility to track your parcel.
• 🏠If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable, re-delivery charges may apply.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are only accepted under strict conditions. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy page for complete details. A summary is provided below:

• 🎥A continuous unboxing video starting before the parcel is opened is mandatory for any return or refund claim. Claims without video will not be accepted.
• ⏱️Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp.
• ✅Eligible reasons: damaged product, wrong item delivered, missing item, expired product.
• ❌Not eligible: change of mind, opened/used products, incorrect shade ordered by customer, no video provided.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
